Having just returned from a quick trip out of town, I can appreciate their wish to offer their services on the mainland. Shipping logistics are difficult enough without having to account for the 90% of Americans who live in states that are landlocked. Using third-party logistics providers like FedEx and DHL can save you time, but it still requires you to employ inconvenient shipping and logistics. Travel logistics in America will soon need to change significantly.
The desire to fly is greater than ever, which implies that some trips will include a 50–60 minute walk from the entrance to the airport. This does not mean that flying is becoming extinct; rather, it just means that airlines need to keep thinking of creative methods to reduce trips in order to satisfy customers. This allows us to have more time to explore our destinations and eat lunch when we get back to Earth.
